I'm voting for freedom ( and it's not at the polls )
I know some people will be glued to CNN watching the
results roll in to figure out what it means for their
future. Concerned that if the 'wrong' candidate wins -
it'll spell certain financial doom and gloom.
Guess what? I won't be one of them...nor will Yanik Silver.
Why?
Quite simply because we've figured out how to write our
own ticket regardless of what's going on with the crazy
economy, the next person in the White House or any
external factor!
It starts from figuring out how to create profits on
demand (just like turning a tap). Then that gives you
freedom to do what you want and when you want. And it
expands to how you live your life and what meaning you
bring to others.
This is what Yanik calls his "Maverick Philosophy for
Entrepreneurs" - It's a way to make more, have more fun
and give back more! It's his 'Maverick Manifesto'!
Want to see what he's talking about?
He's put up a free 60+ minute video right here:

Sincerely,
JG
P.S. Yes, I know, I know, the word "Maverick" has been
stomped on with the election but it makes sense here
because you get to write your own rules. You get to be
the person that decides how to play the 'game' and that's
being a renegade...someone who's NOT going to cower in the
corner while the media tells us the sky is falling.
If you'd like to join us - you'll want to watch this
powerful video:

Going Home...
by Thomas Wolfe
"There is something good in the way people welcome success, or anything - no matter what - that is stamped with the markings of success. It is not an ugly thing, really. People love success because to most of them it means happiness, and, whatever form it takes, it is the image of what they, in their hearts would like to be. This is more true in America than anywhere else. People put this label on the image of their heart's desire because they have never had an image of another kind of happiness. So, essentially, this love of success is not a bad thing, but a good thing. It calls forth a general and noble response even though the response may also be mixed with self-interest. People are happy for your happiness because they want so much to be happy themselves. Therefor it's a good thing. The idea behind it is good anyhow. The only trouble with it is that the direction is misplaced." Success, by and large, is defined by society. Happiness, on the other hand, is defined by the individual. Seldom are the two things the same."

Got Stuff?
Time to take inventory of your stuff... Look around the house, in the bathroom, maybe in the garage, how about your closet? What did you find? Probably a lot of useless stuff.
There is interesting 20 minute video at StoryOfStuff.com about stuff and its disastrous effects on our planet. This video is mostly a slap in the face to the production and consumption of stuff by the countries who produce stuff. Even if you disagree with some of the stuff in the video, the message is pretty clear. We are killing the planet and killing ourselves with "stuff" Time to wake up people. Your stuff is junk. Just watch the video and you will see what I mean.
Now for a more entertaining look at stuff, let's ask George Carlin about his opinion of stuff... enjoy!

Catching Wild Hogs
There was a Chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab the Prof noticed one young man (exchange student) who kept rubbing his back, and stretching as if his back hurt.
The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country’s government and install a new communist government.
In the midst of his story he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked, ‘Do you know how to catch wild pigs?’
The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man said this was no joke. ‘You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat; you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.
Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.
The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening to America. The government keeps pushing us toward socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms - just a little at a time...

SEO 101 - Will you make the grade?
I got 87% on the SEO Cartoon Quiz- take the test and see if you can outscore me...
I don't know anything about "Search Engine Optimization", but I sure as hell know cartoons ;)
If you pass the test, you will get one of these nice cartoon banners to stick on your website, blog or where the sun don't shine... your choice.
OK I'm just joking about that last part, but consider this a little experiment.

Spring Into Action Today
So does our mind and body.
After all as Robert Ringer says...
"Nothing happens until something moves"
Ben Franklin said...
"Trouble springs from idleness"
Mike Litman says...
"You don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going"
Napoleon Hill said...
"Nature doesn't like vacuums and idleness"
Notice a pattern developing?
What do you say?
I think it's safe to say...
2 Things Required for Success
“Success requires two things and two things only"
1. You must know exactly what you want. Most people never make this decision.
2. You must determine the price that you will have to pay to achieve it and then get busy paying that price.”
- H.L. Hunt (Texas Oil tycoon)
